All reviewsI recently visited Swingers, and I must say, it was an incredible experience! This place is a fantastic blend of golf and carnival fun. I had such a great time exploring the carnival-themed games – they really added a unique twist to the typical outing. One of my favorite highlights was getting a caricature drawn; it turned out great and made for a fun keepsake! The carnival-themed drinks were equally enjoyable, adding a festive flair to the outing. There was even a balloon animal artist who entertained guests with their creations, and a tarot reader for those feeling adventurous—though I did find that more of a novelty than something I'd try every day. One of the standout features was the karaoke box that holds about 4 to 6 people. It was a big hit with my friends and me, and we had a blast singing our favorite songs together! The staff at Swingers were incredibly nice and attentive, making our visit even more enjoyable. The only challenge we faced was finding parking in the area, but it was totally worth it. Honestly, I got so caught up in the carnival side that I didn't even make it to the swinging side! My friends and I had such an amazing time that we are already planning our next visit. If you're looking for a fun and vibrant place to hang out, Swingers is definitely the spot to check out!
Visited Swingers at 5:30 on a Thursday as a 3rd anniversary date and it was sooo fun! It was fairly busy for a Thursday evening in my opinion, but I am not from DC so this could be normal. They give you a "tee" off time when you check in. When you reach the first hole they provide you with a club for each person, a ball to share with the group, and verbal directions about the 9 holes. The first 3 holes went fairly quickly and by the 4th hole, someone came around to get our drink order. I ordered the mango margarita with the salt rim and it was delicious, not too sweet. When we finished the 9th hole we moved to the arcade-style games. I liked the variety of games and even though the place was busier with people eating and drinking at this point, there were not many people playing the games. We each had 96 credits and the games were between 6-10 credits each. Between the 2 of us, we were able to secure enough tickets for a pint glass and a pen. The final thing I thought was cool was the photo station they had set up. You could take a 360 photo and email it to yourself for free. It was a cute little touch. The place was a whole vibe and everyone that we encountered who was working there was very friendly. I would go back there at some point for another date night.
LOVED this place. A bunch of us decided to go out because we haven't seen each other in a while. We made reservations ahead of time and I couldn't have been more excited when I walked in. There is a parking garage literally right next door for easy access. They have a bag and coat check so you don't have to hold your belongings the entire time. The vibe and ambiance was beautiful! I knew we were in for an experience. Yes it was a little crowded but it's Arlington and it was a Saturday night. The mini golf was so much fun and they had so many food options. After we finished our game we were able to easily find seating in the bar area and sat down for dinner. I ordered the empanadas and the piccante pizza. The empanadas were just a starter and only came with two BUT it was delicious. I loved the flavor. The pizza was huge and definitely big enough for three people to share. We were so hungry I forgot to take pictures of the pizza so just trust me, order it!
Came here on a Friday night around 7:30. Not too packed, but very lively. I really enjoyed the bar options, one of the best drinks I have ever had was the raspberry lemon drop. I will say, golfing goes rather quickly and I wish you could play both courses for the price. However, I really did enjoy myself. The outdoor seating is also a nice option to escape crowds or noise for a bit. I would definitely recommend!
We had an incredible time at Swingers DC! Mari, Amirah, and Adrienne Steven were outstanding! Friendly, attentive, and genuinely made our visit even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was lively and fun, and the service was top-tier from start to finish. The food and drinks were amazing! The espresso martini could’ve definitely been sweeter, but everything else was spot on. We also got to enjoy the carnival games, which added an extra layer of excitement to the experience. We’ll definitely be back! Eden made my booking experience easy and quick! She always answered when I called!
Dec 2024: The course was quick but enjoyable, especially with a big group. The food and drinks exceeded expectations. However, one downside was the lack of windows on the bottom floor, which made the space feel a bit suffocating. Overall, it was a unique experience—sort of like a bar for adults 21+, but kids are also welcome, making it a great option for groups or families.
This was our first time at the Swingers golf club, and it was a celebration for my daughter's and her boyfriend's birthdays. We had a great time, and our server was excellent, but some things could be improved for those with a reserved space. - Allow guests who reserve an area to choose when to eat, before or after their golf time. - Since a space is reserved for a specific timeframe, allow those guests to advance the line for their tee time. Unfortunately, even after showing up 20 minutes before our arrival, we did not have enough time to eat before our tee time. That was not good with 4 drink tickets and no food. We could not use all of our drink tickets because we could not eat before golfing. We live an hour away and needed to leave before we could enjoy the carnival area. These issues would not impact you if you are not reserving a space. It was fun and a really neat place, but it felt like we spent more than $75 a person, which was poorly coordinated and impacted what we paid for.
My friend and I visited Swingers and loved it. We suck at putt-putt, but we had a blast nonetheless. We enjoyed the bellinis (we tried every one on the menu), and the pizza was delicious. Ben was awesome and super helpful. The great staff service was the cherry on top of our visit. I'm sure we'll be going back again soon.
