All reviewsI brought my children here for a little fun. I will admit this place is pretty good! We played for a few hours and you can also do other things. We went into a machine where we had to dodge lasers! And at no point is it expensive. I would go here again! And don't forget it's inside of the mall!!!
First time customer. Initially I thought, WOW this is a great place to have granddaughter's birthday party. At the end, I vowed we will NEVER go back. I payed for two games for each adult and grandchild. Before the end of our first game, I was told "Well, were closing in like two minutes or one minute. You might as well put your ball in the return. Now." When I commented that we hadn't finished one game she said, "Didn't I tell you we're closing in an hour?" I said, No, I asked for a rain check, she said, "Oh, We don't do that here." No name tags here, and she wouldn't tell me her name....It's THAT kind of an establishment. Won't go back, ever.
Purchased 3 rounds which all needed to be played the same day. Got throught the first round with little incident but 3 holes into our second round, a party of kids were running all over, stepping on our holes as we tried to play. There was no party host and the parents did not even try to control them. We were unable to play without constantly asking kids to move off of the area we were playing. I asked the workers for vouchers to come back and play another day. I was told "we don't do that". I asked to speak to a manager and was told at first "we don't have one". Obviously I knew that wasn't right. They would not call a manager for me. They made no attempt to correct the situation. I was amazed at the lack of customer service. They admitted they saw the kids running all over but they couldn't do anything about if. I will be calling tomorrow to try to speak to a manager. If you are looking for an enjoyable time with your family don't go if there is a birthday party or a crowd of kids with inattentive parents! VERY DISAPPOINTED!
Saturday afternoon was not busy. Had 6 of us, age 3 & up. Was fun, leisurely played. Needed to turn on a/c it was hot in there! Has more games now besides laser maze. Now located next to Dicks in mall.
Place is ok, plenty of holes to play. Was empty when we got there, the radio played music that had explicit lyrics, I dont have a problem with this. But people with smaller children might have a issue with it. At the end they have a thing for a free game if you get a hole in one on the machine. Me and my son both got it. They gave us buy one get one free vouchers instead. The girl there said that since people get it so often there they give those out but at the other glow golfs they do give out free game tickets. I probably wont go back again because of this. It literally costs the company nothing to give a free ticket as the thing stated.
Neat little mini golf course. 27 holes you get to play through twice. Also have a few other games like Cornhole, pool, a lazer maze, etc. Overall a nice way to waste time at the mall.
It was AQESOME the kids had a great time and so did my wife and I. We will definitely go there again
Customer service here is undeniably the worst. The employee's are rude, they have no personal skills. The place is small and just not worth your money.
