All reviewsThey recently fired a dear friend of mine because she had to go into surgery last minute and wasn’t able to communicate to them to call off. They fired on the basis of a no call /no show! Heartless to say the least! She just lost her baby and they decide to do this! As far as I am concerned they are below the scum of the earth! If they treat their employees like this, then I can only imagine how they treat their customers!
Overpriced and way too crowded. Not fun at all when you have kids and are a bit slower. People trying to push you along and basically forcing you to skip holes because they are impatient. The lighting is horrible, doesnt actually glow and they could use way better equipment and a lot of fixing up. Will not return!
Brought my Mom and we had a great time. It was later in the evening on a weekday and we were the only ones there, but it was kinda nice to have the whole place to ourselves, lol. Monica helped us out and she was very nice and personable. The course was a good mix of easier holes and some challenging ones. Overall we had a lot of fun and would recommend GlowGolf to others!
Waste of money, cramped, and disconnected staff. First let's start with the female employee who was working. She was sitting behind the desk with head phones in when we walked in. She took them out just long enough to charge us and give us our golf clubs. My husband was trying to ask her something but she had already shoved her ear phones back in her ears and couldn't hear him. Then my daughter became up set because both glow tubes to make the golf balls glow were broken, so not only were they not glowing, you could barely see them on the course. The courses are practically on top of each other so if there is someone playing the one(s) near you there isn't much room to really play. They advertise one low price for 54 holes...you literally just play the same course 3 times in a row. I was so agitated with the atmosphere that I couldn't stand to stay in there long enough to even finish one round. Overall I am not impressed and not happy with our experience, it was a waste of money and we will not be going back.
This place was fun. I thought it would be fairly dark inside but the front was open from the outside so the light came through. But the mini-golf was challenging and the music and thr lighting were fun. I would go again.
It was fun had awesome music playing and my daughter had a blast only down side was the glow tubes for the certain balls was broken but other than that all around awesome experience
Fired a women for being in surgery after she lost her child.... I can promise you guys this y'all wont get a cent from me after reading that story i hope yall get more bad reviews
Do NOT support this business! They fired a girl for having surgery to remove her baby that passed away inside of her. Don’t support a business that doesn’t care about their employees that just went through something difficult
