making reservations on their website to checking in was easy. gave her my name when we got there and she said it would be a few minutes. we got to pick the color of the golf ball, got the putter and were let onto the course. the black lights make the experience an awesome one for an indoor putt putt course. I'd go again. the best is that it is indoors and on a hot FL day, indoors putt putt is the way to go.

We had a wonderful time celebrating my daughter's birthday at Orlando Putting Edge. The glow-in-the-dark atmosphere created a fantastic experience. The staff was excellent; they frequently checked in to ensure we were having a good time and that everything was okay. However, I do wish there was a 15 to 20-minute interval between groups arriving so that all parties wouldn't have to wait for the next course. Aside from that, it’s definitely a must-visit activity for families.

We brought a group of three families (15 people) and had a blast! We stopped by Walmart and picked up some neon body chalk and broke up into four color teams- everyone had so much fun! The staff is friendly and the golf is great! Highly recommend for a fun outing!

AVOID!! They tell you there’s no space (course was empty) so you book for 20mins time, and pay, and they encourage you to go away until your time slot (it’s in a huge place and toilets and drinks are a long walk away). Then when you come back, if just a few minutes after your slot, you are told you can’t play. The course was still virtually empty. No option to start on hole 2, or wait for gap. Just rude, unhelpful staff. (We’d walked to the nearest toilets and waited for a drink at the burger joint (slowest service I’ve ever encountered, we were around 4 minutes late. They do not tell you if you are slightly late you won’t be allowed on. This is a failure of customer service. In the UK there is always a few minutes leeway on time slots, we’ve never encountered such inflexible and precision time slot allocation without being told clearly about it. The lady on the till gave us a head office email address and said we could try contacting them for refund. Will update review if we get anywhere. It’s very upsetting as we’d planned a fun family trip which has caused upset. This has left a really bitter feeling after what was otherwise good Orlando vacation.

Family fun time playing mini golf under the black lights. Unlike other mini golf places on Universal Blvd, this place offers wheelchair and people with mobility issues a chance to play. The course is challenging enough for all ages. There is an arcade as well if you want to play something digital. The only knock is the price for the golf, but it is what you expect for the "tourists" areas.

We had such a great time at Putting Edge Orlando. It was our first visit, and it exceeded expectations. I want to give a special shoutout to Melissa and Will for making the experience exceptional. They were so friendly, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made a point to check in with us as we were leaving to make sure we had a great time. Their warmth and attention made all the difference. The glow-in-the-dark mini golf course was well-designed and fun. I appreciated how they space out party times, which allowed us to enjoy each hole without feeling rushed. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun outing. We’re already planning to come back next week with a larger group. Looking forward to it!

It’s just mini golf which is indoors & has glow too it. It really is a fun place it also has a lil arcade in there if you choose to wait & play games, only beverage allowed on the course is bottled water. It was a lovely time there our server was Mel she explained the rules along with being open and fun.

Cool,, but parents be aware that you can't walk along with your kids without paying an entry fee of $15 per adult. I couldn't see paying $30 extra dollars for me and my husband to just watch our kids play. I've never had to pay at any other golf course. So we headed over to Citywalk and had a blast on their themed course. The employees there were very friendly and made our experience enjoyable.
