Well, first off - the price is high for what's there @ $18 for 1 Adult & 1 Child. Then, I grabbed a 'rewards card' from the counter & was given only 1 stamp, when it clearly says "each admission paid" - which in this case, was 2 admissions. After some discussion, I did get the second stamp, but seriously - when it's in writing, how can you push back? In the mall, on a hot day (where people cool off), we were the only ones playing for the entire time. I can't say that we'll be back.

The place wasnt great but the attendant was horrible. She wasn't customer service friendly. She was on her cell the entire time I was there. She didn't bother greeting me or anyone who walked in. The only time she spoke to me was to tell me the amount I owe and that it had to be in cash. NEVER ONCE did she get off her phone. Customer service goes a long way. She definitely needs some training.
