If you need a kid's birthday venue, this is a great option. Our host, Jenel, was so personable and helpful. She really made it a terrific experience for the kids. I can't recommend this place enough.
This was my girlfriend and I first time playing at Monster Mini Golf. We absolutely loved it! Lots of fun! It was our date night. Loved the mini golf and the animated characters. Great place to have family fun, date nights, and to have fun with friends. The staff were friendly and they were helpful with our questions. This is a Halloween themed based mini golf area. There are no jump-scares while playing mini golf. This was one of our questions about jump-scares. We were informed that the animated characters move every few minutes while playing mini golf, but nothing will jump out and scare you. They also have an arcade, a laser maze, and mini bowling. The virtual reality game was unfortunately not ready yet, but it will be soon. We just came for the mini golf, but we will definitely come back and do the other fun activities too.
The place was clean, everything worked and the prices were reasonably good. My family and I had so much fun. I would have given a five-star, but I didn't because the person at the front desk, his personality was horrible. He didn't have any customer service skills. He treated us like we were bothering him.
We decided at the spur of the moment to come here tonight, and it was a wonderful decision! We played a round mini golf and games in the arcade. They closed at 10 tonight, but they allowed us to stay after, so we could get all that we paid for. I cannot express how friendly and kind the workers are. We appreciate the fun & engaging experience that the workers have provided. We hope to come back soon with more friends.
We really enjoyed our trip to Monster Mini Golf in Monroe! It's refreshing to have an activity that the whole family can participate in in our community. The establishment was clean & the staff were very friendly. The prices were reasonable. They offer a little bit of everything! We did not see any food or drink options, only snacks. We were quite parched by the time we left. All in all, five stars!
Shoutout to this hidden gem in Monroe! The associate was helpful and involved during the golfing during our visit. Provided added music as well. Lastly, another associate gave us a card to play 2 FREE games on our birthday. What do these acts have in common? Customer experience! They provided just that and with memorable service! Kudos to Monroe Monster Mini Golf or Triple M Golf!!!
What a fun place! We have gone back three times with our kids on different days/times and we have the same experience each time. It's fun, the staff is friendly, and we always want to come back!
