Wonder Woods Mini Golf

My family and I enjoyed this fun experience at The Morton Arboretum! My niece & nephew were visiting from out of town, with their children, aged 6 to 15, and everyone, adults and kids, had a great time. Extra credit for things to learn about trees as we played!

A VERY overpriced, boring (yet designedly and creative) mini-golf course. $68 for 3 people? And thats MEMBER pricing. I really envisioned a mini-golf course winding amongst the trees, in the shade of the leaves and immersed in the beautiful setting you have created. But this was sterile, and did not at all feel like part of the park. I love you Morton Arboretum, but this was a huge disappointment.

I went with some friends and had a great time! The course was uniquely designed and not like nearby courses. On top of enjoying mini golf, we were able to explore the grounds, grab a bite to eat at the cafe, and see lots of wildlife. I would recommend it to anyone!

We made the mini golf part of a whole day. The kids had a great time on the golf course, even the little one, but then we found the children's garden which is this HUGE playground right nearby and they went wild. Had a great time climbing, splashing, etc. and running through the maze of hedges. After lunch (cheesy quesadillas) we went for a long walk in the woods. The trails are very nice and well kept. The kids were EXHAUSTED when they got home but they couldn;t stop talking about it. A great day!
