All reviewsThis was an amazing venue. Staff was a courteous and the artwork was crazy. Music was great and went well with the theme. They have a decent snack bar and a pretty good arcade. If you have a chance you should swing by this place.
Quite literally the worst experience I've ever had at a place that's designed to be fun. First off the photo booth needs to go; five dollars for something that doesn't focus and when it does, it zooms in way too far to where nobody can be seen in the frame. None of the machines accept the money you try to insert in them, which begs the question as to why I even attempted more than a few times. The layout of the mini-golf arena, while quite artistic and cool to look at, is poorly designed with no room for patrons to progress without constantly ruining the experience for others. With all of those things mentioned to the staff and management directly you would think they'd at the very least apologize for the bad experience, but nope, not a peep! Its a wonder the place is still in business with such poor customer service. Must have something to do with the kids at the arcade because I guarantee nobody who experiences what I just went through would dare be a repeat customer.
