All reviewsWe had fun. It was really busy but we still had fun. My only suggestion is I wish there was a drink machine somewhere in the middle of the course because once we were about half way through, we were very thirsty and hot. Luckily there's vending machines at the end of the course. We would definitely go back.
Pirate’s Island Adventure Golf is a very fun, well-designed course. There are two courses: Captain Kidd and Blackbeard’s Challenge. While they did have a combo deal, I simply chose to play the harder course - Blackbeard’s Challenge. The course was surrounded by a lot of water and had a great layout. It was a pretty challenging course overall. Each hole had a unique design and challenge, with many different obstacles like rocks, hills, long slopes, humps, gravel, water, etc. The course had a lot of flavor and was well-decorated with skeletons, cannons, waterfalls, ships, and other pirate paraphernalia. It was very well lit at night and the greens were well-maintained. There are also plenty of opportunities to get free games or other discounts. At the end of the golf, the worker asked how many holes-in-one I got, and they gave me a scratch off for every hole-in-one. Each scratch off gave discounts for another game. It’s a bit pricy, but well worth it. It was a great experience golfing here and I highly recommend this course.
My husband and I had a blast here! There wasn't much shade when we went. But we still had fun! All over the course, there are signs about pirate history which is pretty cool. 😊 🏴☠️🦜
Spectacular course with two options to play on. Scenic and challenge. I took the scenic route with my grandparents and it was true to its word. I highly recommend this for friends and family!
Played the challenge course on a busy day. Folks were there because it was too breezy and cool to be at the beach. Well kept grounds. Nice staff. Good designed holes. Variety of size putters. Enjoyed experience. Just not a five star due to the $15.50 per adult.
It was a fun course but needs some work. There were some rough putting greens with a couple having patches. The imperfections in the greens can really throw off your game. But... all in all we had a really good time.
This was a great afternoon adventure to see how bad my put put skills are based on not having a chance to do this in many years. It was a lot of fun and those hole in ones still feel really great. I love that they have two holes that if you make a hole in one, you get a free round of put put. Although I didn't make one on those holes, it was still fun. All in all I loved the attention to detail of the surroundings and the nuggets of information that place all over the park. They had two courses, scenic and challenging and we choose scenic and had a great time. I look forward to coming back in trying the challenging course at some time in the future 😁
Yo ho yo ho! A pirates putt for me! Located on 59S in Gulf Shores Alabama you can’t miss this scenic and fun mini golf experience! Ample parking , easy to see from the street. Fun for all ages! $35 for two adults. We went on a Friday afternoon and there was no wait but several people playing and it moved along at a nice pace. Two courses to choose from… one easy one more difficult. Fun holes with some challenging and some you can earn a free game. Each hole also shares pirate history. Vending machines on site with various drinks. I highly recommend you have a fun family round or have a fun date night.
