Bay Beach Mini Golf

If I could give it less than one star I would have. Not taken care of and they blamed everything that was wrong on their high school workers which was ridiculous because the poor high school kid got yelled at 2 seperate times for something that 2 separate adults told him to do. I was screamed at for defending the high school student. The students aren't the problem but the awful owners are! There were other problems but treatment of their workers was the worst.

A nice mini golf course across from Bay Beach Amusement Park. Course was in good shape. The staff was friendly. Some of the course is in shade which is nice on hot days. The lemonade is excellent. The greens are fast, so don't putt too hard.

Course was good but they were mowing the lawn the whole time we were there. The place didn't open until 10am, they had all morning to do that

Normally I don’t care for mini golf but this was really fun! My boyfriend and I went as a date night activity and we both enjoyed. No hole was too challenging, but they also were not so easy that I didn’t enjoy. Property and course is well maintained. I know people have complained about pricing and staffing... As far as pricing goes, inflation sucks and unfortunately affects everything. This is not to discredit other’s experiences, but as far as our experience went staffing wise, everything was positive. Some of the staff are young kids working so they’re not going to be overly hospitable, but no one was rude at all. We saw staff actively maintaining the property & someone was always at the window when we needed them.

Not a family friendly place. There are so many rules 😱. I don't think it's necessary to tell you how to swing at every hole, and charging for a lost ball is absolutely nonsense. They ask you not to climb on rocks, but if you have little kids with you and no entertainment ( those cheesy things they have at other mini golf course that you can look at or climb) than you might as well say that kids under 8 are not welcome . Also they had an urge to use leaf blower on the putting greens while people are playing the nearby holes, so much for a relaxing family time. The prices are average for the golf. But please don't use the batting cages there. For a dollar we only got 3 balls, the helmets ( all 4 ) are in a pretty bad state, and the cage itself has seen better days.

We came here while visiting Green Bay from out of town. Impressed with how well kept the greens were. Better than other mini golf places we have been. I dropped a star for the unwelcome-ness of the clerk and a kid worker jumped in front of our family to play himself when we got to about hole 14, weird. Overall a fun evening activity.

I’m gonna bet the 5 star reviews are paid. Worst experience I have ever had for a family outing. Almost $40 for 2 adults and 2 kids. Guy on a tractor approached and yelled at my 7 year old who was practicing his putting. Also the lady was super rude when we paid which was crazy to me. Rudeness seems like a common theme on most of the reviews. So unfortunate when they could be taking it in with the location and not much competition around. However, the horrible customer service will continue to do them in. They lost more customers today and we will tell everyone about the horrible service!!
