This place was comically bad. Sketchy hardly begins to describe it. I think it was the old Sam Goody back in the day, and they used like the back offices to put a bunch of the holes in. Between a bunch of the holes being out of service, the falling down drop ceiling tiles, holes in the walls, garbage cans overflowing, holes in the floor (not the holes for the putting greens), lack of lighting (I know it's glow golf, but some rooms had most of the black lights broken so you couldn't see anything), random plumbing pipes sticking out of walls that looked like they just pulled a sink off the wall, overloaded outlets and power strips that would make Fire Marshall Bill lose his mind, and I feel like I'm forgetting so much more. It was entertaining to say the least. If we had paid full price ($78 for 6 people), I'd probably feel ripped off, but since we got a cheap Groupon ($31 for 6 people), I don't feel so bad. It was empty enough to let my 3 year old run around and smack the ball and enjoy himself. I'm not even sure if this place really needs a renovation, it probably needs to just close and call it a day. It looks like it was nice from the old pictures. I will give credit to the staff at the front desk, they were very nice, and kudos to whoever drew all the designs on the walls, they were cool. I may check this place out again for my kids future birthday parties, the party room looked like something out of a psychological thriller, and he'll more than likely end up with some nice traumatic memories that can land him in some therapy in his adult years.

Me and my family came very excited. We entered and there was only one man running everything. A good amount of the holes were closed. The place had a bunch of fans on the floor but they weren’t on and some of the rooms were extremely hot. One of the people in my party got so hot that we had to leave. Most of the holes weren’t even fun to play. We left very disappointed. One person in my party spoke to the guy at the front and said that it was extremely hot. They had no manager and he gave us free cards to come back. The experience was so bad we don’t want to go back-even if it is free.

The first time I went here my family bought a Groupon. It was taken into new ownership and when I went to use another Groupon they were closed for remodeling. I was worried because it was going to expire. The manager said to come back and she would take care of me. I didn't want to ask for anything and when she recognized me, she offered to hook me up the next time. Thank you Bianca for all your help, I hope you enjoy these photos and this review. Your the best and your staff is so nice and friendly!

Terrible experience. Totally boring course with plenty of holes (28) but multiple ones non functional. The artificial putting surfaces are all just worn carpet, no artificial turf, or concrete or anything challenging, moving or interesting. Too few bank shots, and artificial obstacles. They need to design some more tunnels, tubes, ramps and moving obstacles like windmills, etc. Unless they do, don’t waste your time. We purchased 3 rounds for 4 family members on Groupon which theoretically was a great value, but we all were bored before we reached the end and gladly surrendered our putters. Lol

Great experience. Went with friends, used a Groupon for a great group price and was so surprised at how many holes there were. Good value. I have small children and so they didn't notice thar some stuff was broken. There are so many holes here though, it was impressive on the quantity. This is also our first time at an indoor golf space so maybe this is the norm? Kind of dark inside, but that is to be expected. Not too crowded, went on a weekday pretty late in the evening which worked perfect for our little crew of novice golfers. The person at the front desk was ok, not overly friendly but not rude as others posted. Temperature was comfortable. Bathrooms were kind of far from the place. One of our party won a free return trip! If you get the ball in a certain hole at the end, you win a free pass! Also didn't realize how early the mall closes - whoa! Think about that before you plan your trip, we could have planned that better but it worked out for us in the end.

Took my nephew here but whatever they have going on looks like they got a nearby highschool to do a community service arts and crafts project in the mall basement. Really amateur looking. Roosevelt field mall makes money hand over fist, they can def do better. I just made the best of it and had fun, but I wouldn't go out my way to do it again. They put the new claw cade downstairs as well, you should redesign the mini golf to compliment the arcade.

Fun spot to visit for a date or a fun time with family or friends. I went midday so it was pretty empty. Be sure to check out groupon, there's always a deal on the app for 3 rounds of glow golf & laser maze for 2 people for $12 or $22 for 4 people! Thats definitely worth the price. There's over 20 holes so you may not even play all three rounds of golf. All in all its a cheap & fun place to take your family.

They need to update this sooner than later! They make enough money to put some new glow images, update the lighting change and update the holes finally fix the final hole! Iykyk
