Desert of Maine - Mini Golf & Ice Cream

Such an awesome mini golf course! It's fully shaded, not too hard, and super well designed. It's a ton of fun with unique holes (like one that shoots it up a tube into a Ruth Goldberg machine like contraption), water features, and photo opportunities. The entire course is beautiful and super thoughtful. There's also an ice cream/food stand, well built fully wooden playground for kids, and a gift shop with lots of really well designed and high quality merch and local goods as well as some history. We didn't go to the Desert of Maine Park section that has a lot more activities, scavenger hunts and more for families to do but it looked super fun. Would highly recommend this place!

Good amount of shade for being in a Desert ;) Multiple ways to play most holes making it easily replayable! The brand new turf can make it hard to get the right oomph until it gets played more and worn in. They need more seating and some trash cans along the course. Could use more shaded seating where you get food and ice cream. Soft serve ice cream would be a nice addition as well.

WOW! If you're looking for a family-friendly activity you can't go wrong coming here. My kids and I recently visited this amazing spot and had an absolute blast. The mini golf course is well-designed, with a variety of challenging holes that kept us entertained throughout our visit. Some of the holes are themed after the unique history of desert surroundings, making for a fun experience that my kids loved. They offer just the right amount of challenge for all skill levels! When you are finished, you can head over to the ice cream shop. Overall, It's the perfect spot for families looking for a fun and unique activity in The Desert of Maine, without breaking the bank and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The entire facility is EXTREMELY well kept. Five stars all around!

We played putt putt and the course was a lot of fun. The entire property is well kept and has plenty of fun options for all ages and a good hut with drinks, hot food, and ice cream.

Very fun course, good ice cream, good amount of shade. We had a good time. Holes 16 and 17 were a challenge! Recommend.
