Great experience with some challening holes! In addition to mini gold they have a Lazer maze, and a punching/kicking machine. Affordable, staff was nice and friendly!

Had such an amazing time tonight with my family at Glow Golf. It was our first time, and Ally was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. And informed us of closing time coming up and the countdown, we were able to finish before countdown, still cool that she kept us in the know though. She treated my kids so kindly. Thank you so much.

Fantastic party! My 6 year old son had a birthday party here, everyone had a blast. They were very accommodating and understanding. The customer service was wonderful and the price was very budget friendly! Would recommend!

I never leave reviews but my experience at Glowgolf in Chapel Hills Mall was insanely frustrating. The manager was shockingly rude dismissive, unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic customer service. I came expecting a fun time with friends but the way we were spoken to made it anything but fun. It felt like we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers. Glow golf should be lighthearted and fun, but the management’s attitude ruined the entire vibe. Definitely won’t be returning and I wouldn’t recommend it unless you enjoy being treated badly.

The manager had made the experience for me and my friends, tiresome. She was rude to begin with and I felt disrespected during my visit. Needless to say, I will spread the word for people to not come to this location, useless you are prepared for a rude and night ruining experience.

After paying I’m told I can’t have a short putter properly sized to me I’m 4’11 Worst 18 holes of mini golf I’ve ever experienced I was told I can’t have a shorter putter because of insurance The putter grip is in my chest Edit—-since I can’t reply to you but I can edit this post you think I’m going to play the entire course uncomfortably? We stopped keeping score because I couldn’t get a proper swing, The only hole that matters in the last one prompting me to hold the putter at the correct length and in my chest we golf at the citadel location frequently at least once a month and never had a problem getting the correct putter Don’t insult my swing, a “hockey swing” if I wanted to swing hard as you think I would I’d use a longer putter Hockey sticks are long not short The lady at the desk tried to tell me mini golf and golf aren’t the same that’s honestly laughable both are on putting greens and are about precision and positioning not power Instead of assuming your patrons are incompetent you should try being more transparent and understanding If she wasn’t going to give me putter I wanted to use I should have been offered a refund and we would have left now look at you two bad reviews and you guys are exaggerating on your behalf to try and save some skin If you don’t like your job get a different job Do better

Everyone in the group has to actively pay and play. I took my kid and was informed of that policy even tho I didn’t want to play. You also can’t use more than one free play coupon. The course is rundown. Still a fun place.

Unwelcoming staff. Too many rules for it just to be mini golf. Also an adult has to play so the price isn’t worth it here. There are better places. Cool idea but staff make it unpleasant.
