I can't tell you the last time we played mini golf, but we thought it would be fun on a birthday weekend. It's fun to go into the city, but since we're not big party animals, we went in the afternoon. We grabbed some lunch of Buffalo chicken dip and gyro sliders, and our server took good care of us. There were couples families and groups of friends, but I'm sure the vibe is different at night. Then we shot 9 holes. I got whooped, but it was fun. Technology meets and an old family vacation fave. And the restrooms are pretty cool and colorful in my opinion. Love the vacant/occupied door locks!

I had a fantastic time at Puttshack Atlanta Midtown! The experience was great overall, even though it finished quicker than expected. The food was decent; I particularly enjoyed the pizza, though the tacos could use some improvement. This place is definitely a top choice for parties or company events. Highly recommend!

Great date night. I recommend the 18-hole course. Super fun and competitive... you can also enjoy drinks while you golf. We will return.

Our experience at Puttshack was fantastic! The balls have sensors in them and the games are based on points. No score keeping involved as the computers keep track of everything. There are multiple courses each with 9 holes. You can jump around saving hole 9 for last. The flow was very smooth and despite how busy it was, we really didn't have to wait to golf. Would recommend!

This was a fun experience. A little confusing on where to go and how to start playing as a first time guest but it was fun. Drinks were good. I know they have places to set your things down on for each hole but with the space they have I almost feel like lockers would be better. The course area is small so it would just make the experience a bit better. Also, BEWARE the QR codes in parking garage. If you aren’t paying attention some of these have been tampered with it seems. It brings you to something similar to the park mobile site but it is a scam and will try to charge your card for random purchases and amounts. Just use the app if you can or be diligent if you scan the QR code for parking. Luckily I was able to freeze my card and prevent them from taking my money.

This place is awesome. Unique experience designed more for adults than kids. Mini golf indoors. You walk in a check in, then go grab a drink and head over to 1 of 4 courses. Each color coordinated. We had several problems though. We checked in, which was easy. Then we made out way to the bar, to grab some drinks and the bar is set up awkwardly so we were in line, and people kept walking up from the opposite end, cutting the entire line, and with only 1 lonely, overwhelmed bartender, we moved to another section of the bar. A new bartender greeted us, took our order and never brought us our drinks. Ever. The manager ended up walking by and made our drinks, which was an adventure, because he had no idea how to make them. After getting the drinks we finally got to get our clubs and go golf. The course is unique and we enjoyed playing, even though some of the aspects of some holes were broken or didn't function properly. The entire course was littered with empty, dirty glassware, so much that at some holes, you couldn't put your drink down. We also caught someone smoking on the course. Amazing concept, extremely poor execution. Unfortunately, we will not be going back.

Tonight did not have to be a complete failure, but poor management will do it every time. I ordered the OG burger “Medium Well” the burger was burned so bad I can still taste the char and I only had 1 bite. I motioned the waitress over and showed her how bad it was burned and told her don’t worry about remaking it because it took 30mins to get our food, it was 30minutes from closing, and I saw the line cooks giving the food runner a hard time for the mayo and pickles I had requested, so I wasn’t interested in the hassle a burger would be the second time around. The server asked if I wanted a manager to come over and I said no. In my experience I only request managers is some egregious happens or health wise. Other than that managers are aware of their poor perming staff so I don’t feel it’s productive to have them give me pleasantries. I told the waitress to just take off this burger and I’ll pay for everything else. She returns a little while later with the manager who states she knows I didn’t request a manager, but had I let her know she could have had the burger remade. But that wasn’t the point. It was late the kitchen staff were clearly not in the mood to make food and I honestly just wanted to leave as it was late and I hoped to give my nephew a fun night before he went back home to go to school that didn’t happen. The manager said she gave me a discount and offered two free game tickets that I didn’t ask for or need as it was too late. After paying I notice she gave me a Family and Friends discount on some of the items and still charged me the full price for the burnt burger I didn’t eat. As much as the poor food quality was disappointing that’s not why I’m writing the review. I’m writing the review because manager interjected themselves and made the experience horrible. Charging a guest for food you saw was inedible and trying to offer a basic discount and coupons to rectify the situation was an unnecessary slap in the face. Especially considering I didn’t request to speak to a manger. 🙄 -signed 24 years in service and hospitality industry.

Absolutely horrible service, and mediocre food. They had no beer on tap, and a few bottles/cans. The server at the bar ignored us for about 15 minutes before coming over to ask if we knew what we wanted to order (without a greeting, or even introducing himself); and checked on us only once. He didn't even offer us water🤷🏾‍♀️. We ordered the pitmaster flatbread and the Persian chicken skewers. The chicken skewers were bland and chewy, but the flatbread was tasty and baked well. We ordered beignets for dessert and they appeared to be cooked in old, dirty oil, and were hard when they came out. The very best thing about this dinner was the Pineapple Mezcal Margarita. The manager came over and spoke with us while making his rounds, and we were honest about the poor quality of the food. I was particularly stricken by the fact that he made no attempt to rectify anything, or have any dish made again. The golf course is also disappointing because it is quite small and cramped....definitely not worth the $15/person.
